day of fail..

went to manawa 12 hr and died before 6 was over. It was too damn cold and i forgot my tights. Cold knees locking up in the first 4 laps. not good.... rolled up in a blanket for an hour to warm up and went and tried to ride more. got in 2 more and was in severe knee pain both laps. not worth blowing them up this close to cross season. need more road/cold temp riding....
