went out for a cruise with the bike way guys tonight. we ran around platte till dark. wrist was sore so i went pretty easy. matt threw down thru the ravine and lost it over some rocks. got his head, shoulder and hand. so as they always say...wear your helmet!!!!!!!!!!!!! it could have been really nasty had he not been wearing his helmet. we'll see how he feels this morning. otherwise it was a solid ride...

think i'll go back to the bmx track tonight and play some more....
